Marckennedy’s Vision Incorporated for the Young Adults (MVI) is a non-profit agency committed to empowering at-risk young adults in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Through strategic partnerships with local school districts, industry leaders, colleges, and the juvenile court system, MVI offers comprehensive mentorship, vocational training, and career development programs. Our mission is to create opportunities for employment, education, and self-sufficiency by equipping youth with hands-on experience and job-ready skills. With a focus on inclusion, equity, and access, we foster transformation and long-term impact within the community. As Assistant Branch Manager at Secure Watch ADT, he demonstrated operational precision and leadership under pressure. As a licensed insurance agent, he brings regulatory fluency and riskmanagement acumen to every initiative he leads.
A four-sport athlete and track champion, Marckennedy carries the qualities of elite competition discipline, strategic thinking, and perseverance directly into his executive leadership philosophy. He leads not by position alone, but by example, energy, and an uncompromising standard of integrity.
His academic formation spans theology, business management, and criminal justice, a triad that reflects his understanding that strong institutions require spiritual grounding, operational excellence, and a commitment to justice. Today, she is furthering her academic mission by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Western Governors University (WGU) testament to her belief that education is both a personal investment and a public responsibility.
With clinical experience spanning pediatric oncology, medicalsurgical care, adult psychiatry, and primary care, Marjorie brings rare depth and patient-centered compassion to every role she holds. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant, and Sales Associate Manager, she has proven her leadership extends well beyond the clinical setting.
